This printable letter answers the age-old question of how the Tooth Fairy knows to come to the house after a child has lost their tooth.
Text of the letter:
Dear Susie,
I thought I’d drop you a note to answer some of the questions you’ve been asking about me. You’re a clever, curious kid, and I love that you’re making connections and thinking critically.
If you’re wondering how I always know when you lose a tooth, that one’s easy! My magic wand is connected to you (it’s what helps guide me to your house so I don’t have to use GPS). It lights up whenever you lose a baby tooth, and that’s how I know to come visit you and collect your tooth. My wand doesn’t work on adult teeth, which is why I stop visiting after you lose all your baby teeth.
Sometimes I forget to check the notices on my wand because I’m busy working on my fairy castle. That’s why I sometimes don’t show up the first night. But I always get excited when I know I’ll get to come visit you, because you’re a very special kid!
Love,
The Tooth Fairy
