Text of the letter:
Dear Billy,
You have always had a beautiful smile, but now you have your very first tooth to make it even cuter! With the inclusion of your brand new chomper, I'll be visiting you from now on for the next few years.
You don't know it yet, but you're going to get nineteen more teeth! And then you're going to lose all of them and get even stronger ones that you'll have for the rest of your life. Every time you lose a tooth, I'll come to your house, take the tooth, and leave you a special treat!
Lost teeth are very important to me. I use them to help build my Fairy Castle. Your mom and dad will help you make sure that all your teeth are clean and bright. Congratulations and good luck with teething!
